MAIN INGREDIENTS
Peanut Butter – 1 cup Creamy Peanut butter
Egg – 1 large Egg at room temperature
Sugar – 1/2 cup light brown sugar
Air fryer Model – Instant vortex plus 10 QT
HERE ARE MY STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS WITH PHOTOS
STEP 1 :
In a bowl add peanut butter, egg, brown sugar and mix until combined.
STEP 2 :
- Line air-fryer tray with parchment paper.
- Take 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into ball, place it on the prepared tray with little distance between each balls.
STEP 3 :
- Use a fork to make an impression on the cookies. Resulting in a flatten dough.
- Repeat this method for the remaining dough.
STEP 4 :
- Place the cookie tray in the middle rack of preheated air-fryer and bake at 325*F for 7 mins or until light golden brown color.
- Once baking time completed, take out and rest the cookies for 10 minutes in the tray.
STEP 5 :
Then transfer to a wire rack and cool down completely.
STEP 6 : Serving
Delicious Peanut butter cookies are ready.
TIPS AND TRICKS
To Store: Before storing, allow the cookies to cool down completely. Then store the cookies in airtight container at room temperature. Shelf life is for 2 weeks.
Substitute: In the place of light brown sugar, you can replace it with dark brown sugar or refined sugar.
