Air fryer egg bites are an easy and nutritious breakfast. They are light, fluffy and flavorful, and did i mention customizable recipe.
MAIN INGREDIENTS
Eggs – 6 large Eggs
Milk – 1/4 cup Whole milk or 2% milk
Vegetables – Baby spinach, Chopped Roma tomatoes, Chopped Broccoli, Sliced Mushrooms, Chopped Red bell pepper
Cheese – Shredded Cheddar cheese
Seasoning – Salt and Pepper
Air fryer model – Instant vortex plus 10 QT
HERE ARE MY STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS WITH PHOTOS
STEP 1 : Egg Mixture
In a measuring jar, add 6 large eggs, milk, pinch of salt and pepper, whisk well and keep aside.
STEP 2 :
Arrange silicon muffin cups in the air fryer tray –
- Place few baby spinach leaves and chopped roma tomatoes in the first row.
- For the second row place sliced mushroom and chopped red bell peppers.
- And for the third row place 1 to 2 tbsp of cheddar cheese and topped it with chopped broccoli.
Do not over crowd the cups.
STEP 3 :
Pour egg mixture until 3/4 of the cup is filled.
STEP 4 :
Bake in preheated air fryer at 320*F for 10 mins (Make sure dripping tray is place at the bottom of the air fryer)
STEP 5 : Serving
- Once cooking done, take out the tray and remove egg bites from the silicon molds.
- Serve this delicious egg bites with ketchup.

To Store: Store the egg bites in tightly sealed container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
To Freeze: These egg bites are freezer friendly, before serving just warm in microwave.
